« Côté Cours » is the Saint-James cooking school. Under the leadership of Bruno Vitrac, sous-chef to Nicolas Magie, « Côté Cours » has lessons for everyone: beginners, connoisseurs, experienced cooks, kids, teenagers, parents, grandparents, etc.
On the agenda: sweet and savory foods, an introduction to snacking, gourmet classics, wine, and even a tour of local production sites. All in a bright and spacious kitchen designed by Poggen Pohl and equipped with Miele ovens and cooktops.
The perfect setting for learning the ins and outs of fine cooking.
